The nose is sublimely generous, sour cherry, ripe strawberries.. exceptional, you really dont know if you just want to keep smelling it. But the sip is irresistible; purity that sends shivers down your spine – you’ll immediately know that this bottle will be finished quickly. The palate is round, full and is beaming with ripe, sour raspberries. Surprisingly long and satisfying finish. Domaine Buronfosse make ethereal, pure and meticulous wine that is up there with the best of Jura from a quality perspective. Their PR and label design skills are definitely behind, we hope you dont let that scare you. However theyre no longer a secret so in case this available, dont hesitate and you’ll be rewarded with something really special.
